SIDE DISH romaine lettuce topped with stuffing, baby tomatoes, and avocado
INGREDIENTS
brown rice
ground turkey
mango ginger chutney (courtesy of Trader Joe's)
onions
mushrooms
garlic powder
salt and pepper
basil
HOW TO
1) Preheat oven to 420 (yup)
2) Stuff the stuffing into open top peppers, then cover whole thing in aluminum foil
3) Bake in oven for about 45 minutes

COMMENTS/TIPS
It was sweet and salty, which is always an amazing combo.It was really tasty, having a bit of pepper with a bit of stuffing... mmm. The stuffing was really sweet and it made eating the dish really easy. I remember overstuffing myself with this.
It's good to experiment and stay away from recipes. Whipping up/mixing a bunch of good food is bound to create something delicious right? (ei. this stuffing I made) Worked here..
